"Just got my new homeowners insurance bill! Hey have now added a deductible for hail and wind damage that is double what it was last year! Leaving Allstate was the biggest mistake I’ve made! I am starting to look for a new insurance company because this one surely doesn’t look out for you! Switched from Allstate to State Farm when they told me they could save me $500 a year. Then I get my declaration papers and see my deductible went from $500 with Allstate to over $2000 with State Farm. Fixed income senior, hope nothing ever happens because I can’t afford $2000! Be careful and fully read everything before you switch!"
