"Josh is Great! My wife and I have been long time customers from just about day 1. At the time, we were shopping around and he happened to call. We talked for a good long while and he set us up with some great rates. Now that he's a bit more established you would think you wouldnt hear from him much but that's not the case. He still calls me personally here and there to check in. Makes sure we are getting the coverages we want and offering us new promos. We have personal life conversations about work and family and he knows my family on a first name basis even though we live across the state from eachother. He doesnt force products on us and really tries to make sure we are getting the best coverage for the cost and our situation. State Farms slogan, like a good neighbor, really applies with Josh and his office. His whole team is amazing as well and put just as much work and effort into their customers as Josh does. On a side note, I have had 2 decently large claims in the 16 plus years with Josh, and I couldnt be happier with how they were handled."
